Online 1:1 Guidance & Mentoring (1 hour)
A regular check-in designed to help you clear your head, get things off your chest, and feel more grounded. This is a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly, sense what’s really going on beneath the noise, and leave with practical next steps.We’ll work together on coping tools, emotional regulation, grounding practices, and clear strategies for whatever you’re facing. Use it as a sounding board, a reset, and steady accountability—building skills week by week and moving towards goals that actually matter to you.

In-Person 1:1 Guidance & Mentoring (2 hours)
This is the deeper, in-person version of our online check-in—more time, more space, and a stronger reset.
We’ll meet face-to-face (often in a calm, natural setting where possible) and slow things down enough to properly untangle what’s going on. You’ll have room to offload what you’re carrying, regulate your nervous system, and get back into your body—not just your head.
Across the two hours we’ll combine honest conversation with practical tools: grounding, breathwork, mindset shifts, coping strategies, and clear planning. We’ll make sense of your options, build a simple action plan, and set meaningful goals you can actually follow through on. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more equipped for the week ahead.

Advanced: Immersive Nature Reset (Full Day or Overnight)
This is the full experience—an intensive, nature-based reset for individuals or small groups who want real change, not another chat and a few tips.
We’ll step away from the noise and immerse ourselves in the natural world for a full day (or an overnight camp under the stars). Expect a powerful mix of adventure, stillness, and guided inner work—designed to help you clear what’s weighing you down, reconnect to yourself, and come back stronger.
Depending on the location, season, and your needs, your experience can include:
